Chairman's Club Photograph Collection
Scope and Contents
This collection consists of one newsletter and the contents of three magnetic photograph albums documenting four different trips the Club made during 1983-1984 to Fireside Theatre in Atkinson, Wisconsin to see the production "South Pacific", a trip to Kalona, Iowa, an outing to House on the Rock in Wisconsin and a Chicago Cubs/St. Louis Cardinals baseball game in Chicago, Illinois.
The single issue of "Chairman's Club News" is dated April 1983 Volume 1 No. 1.
The bulk of the scrapbook contents are unidentified color snapshots with a few instant pictures [Polaroid], two thank you notes and one newspaper clipping.

Biographical / Historical
The Chairman's Club was a community relations project of Central Trust and Savings Bank of Eldridge, Iowa. It provided a package of social events and financial services for bank customers over 60 years of age. Initial membership was 175.
