This collection consists of family history research and pilot logs of Paul E. Lenker and Alice Lenker.
Details: Research on the Ross family sent to Alice Lenker by Ted Williams of Greenville, Ohio, 19 May 1970,
1988-1989 correspondence between Alice Lenker and Jonathan Wert about the Riegel and other families, and
Pilot logs of Paul E. Lenker, 1943-1985, 1985-1987, 1987-1999 and pilot log of Alice Lenker, 1986.

Biographical / Historical

Paul E. Lenker was born on June 29, 1925 in Darke County, Ohio to Gearald C. and Ruth (Deweese) Lenker. He married Alice Ingle on January 1, 1952 in Toledo, Ohio. They had three children: Michael, Steven, and Susan. He served in the United State Army. He worked for Bendix-Litton, "where he developed cryogenic fuel sensors that flew in the Gemini and Apollo programs. Later he was the founder of Lenker-Voss Manufacturing and Development, formerly Davenport Tool Company." He was a licensed IFR pilot and member of AOPA. He passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2009.


Alice Lenker was born on August 27, 1930 in Ohio to Robert and Vivien (Goll) Ingle. She obtained her Bachelors of Science from Ohio State University. She passed away on June 29, 2023.
