Biographical / Historical
Donor made inquiry into papers in our collection pertaining to relative Sophie Toller of the Ladies Industrial Relief Society. In turn, he offered scans of photographic images that were taken in Davenport and on the "Government Island" in 1911 by relatives during a stay.
Additionally, this collection includes such supplementary items as a timeline of the Toller, Thwaites and Smetham family and their familial and friendly connections, family history information pertaining to the members associated with Davenport, and email correspondence which explains how the collection transpired.
