Biographical / Historical
Alfred C. Mueller (1875-1950) was a prominent lawyer who served as Mayor of Davenport, Iowa from 1910-1916 and again 1922-1924. He ran for Iowa Congressman in 1938 but lost to incumbent William S. Jacobsen. Alfred Christian Mueller was the son of Christian Mueller (Mueller Lumber). He is buried at Oakdale Cemetery.
