Scope and Contents
This is a collection of items pertaining in some way to Davenport, Iowa and the donor's family. It was divided into four series.
Topics of newspaper clippings include: pictures of houses, maps, floods, bridges, Patrick J. Costello drawings, migrating birds, steamboats.
Many images are not labeled with names or places although there are some dates.
Davenport elementary, intermediate and high schools are represented.
Miscellaneous items relate to German heritage.
Primarily the items seem to be connected to Henrietta Weetz Crawford.
