Large Bible published by A.J. Holman & Co. in 1874 containing old and new testaments. Handwritten entries for surnames Headley, Summers, Day and Horton. Original marriage entry for W.P. HEADLEY of LeClaire and Sarah J. SUMMERS of LeClaire on 31 December 1872. Other entries include their descendants and parents.

Heinrich Hommer Emigration Petition Record
This collection consists of a copy of Heinrich Hommer's emigration petition to the Royal Mayor, Mr. Hubableck in Rubenach on January 4, 1864. Heinrich resided in Kettig. It has been translated by A. E. Schroeder, Professor Emeritus of German on May 12, 1990. Included in this collection is the letter describing the request from Rheinland-Pfalz Landeshauptarchiv Koblenz (State Archives of Koblenz).
