This collection consists of a photographic print and loose mat boards. The back of the mat board has names of individuals and their positions written in ink and some description of the image. It states that it is, "Town of Rockingham Town Officials." and "some where early Twenties."
The image depicts 8 men standing on and in front of a front porch of a home pressumably in Rockingham, Iowa. All the men are well-dressed, wearing suits and hats.
